Courier and Packaging
Courier and packaging is dependent on size, weight and destination. Specific charges for larger orders will be advised once the order is received.
Courier and packaging is indicated below the product price. Generally the cost is between $10 to $15 to package and courier New Zealand wide with an additional $5 for those going to a rural delivery address. Overseas shipping will be priced on individual orders. Please feel free to email us with your requests.
Your order will be invoiced and you will be sent a confirmation email. Once this is paid and the funds have been cleared, we will email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.
For the items in stock we can courier as soon as your payment clears. In the case of delay, you will be notified by email. For items cut to order please allow up 7 to 10 working days for delivery. Delivery to the South Island can take an extra 2 days. We endeavor to better these timeframes
